Two siblings of domestic dogs suffering from the deadly parvovirus disease were taken to the African Center, a veterinary care center in Cairo, Egypt.
This disease affects more than one organ, and the life prospects of untreated parvovirus are usually very poor. Dogs must show healing symptoms within the first four days for the treatment to be successful. In the case of siblings, the brother healed quickly, while his sister did not report any signs of recovery.
The brother noticed that his sister was now not getting better and, in despair, decided to do something about it.
